Runners Edge – 12 Week Training


This 12 week span is all about you! You get to choose what 12 weeks fit best in your life . We will help tailor a schedule that helps fit running into your lifestyle from 5k to marathon.

This clinic is designed for individuals who are looking to improve their running ability. It’s also a great option for those who have ran in the past but have taken a significant amount of time off and who are looking to get back on track while being in a safe and nurturing environment.

Start Date: Whatever day you are ready to start
End Date: 12 weeks from your start date

Available Run Times:

Monday through Thursday @ 6:15pm
Tuesday and Thursday @ 9:00am
Saturday @ 8:00am

All training runs will start and finish at Runners’ Edge

The goal of this clinic is to teach you to run properly with good form and help make you faster. This clinic has helped runners hit personal bests, accomplish races and even hit qualification standards for races such as Boston and New York marathons. Expect to be taken care of as we will personally see to it that you accomplish your goals. We look forward to helping you get there!

What to Expect:

We will take you through a proven warm-up routine combined with an introduction to corrective form exercises and drills to ensure that you are primed and ready to tackle your run.
We will teach you proper running technique and form
