The Runners’ Edge running club offers a safe and nurturing running environment where you will receive personalized coaching, custom training programs tailored to suit your lifestyle, and unlimited training runs with coaching /water support right from our store! We also do weekly specialized workouts whether it be interval/speed training or hill training. We provide weekly communications and emails to keep everyone in the loop.

Our main focus is to help you keep your running technique in top form, and keep you running injury and pain free. Whether you are training for fitness and fun or competitive road racing, Runners’ Edge embraces it all!

I walk, can this help me too? Absolutely! We have many past runners that have now become walkers due to injuries, life choices or recoverying from surgery or illness. Head Coach Benny is a walker with his wife Leslie and their training partner Wookie.
